How to make this ?

Prepare breading stations and pan, and setup two bowls. then you take avocado oil mayo and pork rinds, protein powder, garlic powder, paprika. Bread the chicken strips, and use two hands. Set up baking sheet, and bake them on an oven proof nonstick wire rack.

Instructions:

 Preheat the oven to 204 degree C.

Line a baking sheet with foil and grease with any fat.

Take two shallow medium bowls.

One in Place the mayonnaise in one and stir together the pork rinds, garlic powder, whey protein powder, the pork rinds, and paprika in other bowl.

Toss the chicken strips in the bowl with the mayonnaise.

Remove any excess mayonnaise and take a chicken strips from the bowl.

Press the chicken into the breading mixture and scoop more breading over the top.

Submerging the chicken strip to coat on all sides. Set on the baking sheet, and repeat with the remaining chicken strips.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, until total cooked through.

Start the broiler. and place the chicken strips under the broiler for 1-2 minutes to crisp up more.
