How to make this ?

Instructions:

First of all preheat the oven to 176 degrees C.

Heat the oil with medium heat 10inch cast iron.

Add vegetables into the cast iron and sauté for 10 minutes or until it turns soft and brown.

In the meantime, Take bowl and whisk together the eggs, salt, pepper, and cream.

Pour the egg mixture into the pan and then add cheese into it and then stir all of them together gently.

Then, immediately transfer the pan into the preheated oven, and bake it for 20 minutes.

When the top turns puffy but set in the center, remove the pan from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes, then slice the frittata in 8 piece.
