How to make this ?

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 163 degrees C.

Line a loaf pan with parchment paper (pan size: 23×13 cm).

Take large bowl and beat butter and erythritol together until fluffy.

Beat in the eggs, lemon zest, lemon juice, vanilla extract.

Beat in the baking powder, sea salt and almond flour.

Wrap the grated zucchini with cheesecloth.

To release as much moisture as possible squeeze over the sink.

Stir the grated zucchini into the bowl, and mix very well.

Fold the blueberries into the batter.

Transfer the batter to the prepared pan.

Bake until an inserted toothpick comes out clean (60-70 minutes).

Cool completely in the pan.
